Leo is the founder and owner of Leo Surf School & Tours. He founded the company 20 years ago, turning a dream into a reality that has continued to grow ever since. Leo is dedicated to providing an authentic local experience and going the extra mile to ensure his clients can enjoy Samara to the fullest.

In 2024, Leo met Audrey, a French-Canadian girl on vacation, right in front of Leo Surf School & Tours. Audrey joined the boat tour and surfed throughout her stay. They connected instantly and have been together ever since. They are now happily engaged and building their life together in Sámara.

They have since welcomed their first baby girl, Maya. Today, the three of them work together on the beach every day. From booking activities and welcoming clients to taking care of customer service, they do it all together as a family.

Audrey also helps with surf lessons, especially for our French-speaking clients. And Maya? She’s already practicing her surfing skills on the beach. She’s growing up surrounded by the ocean, the surf, and the family business — and she may just be the future of Leo Surf School & Tours! 🏄‍♀️🌊
